Hey I'm back with another journal entry, I'm not sure if any of my friends on here know this but for the past five years I've been a fan of iCarly and have watched it from the beginning, I'll admit that when I first heard about it I wasnt that enthused as I just saw it as another show starring the annoying little sister on Drake And Josh. The show first aired in 2007, and against my better judgement and after reading over some fics I decided to see if this little comedy was worth watching. I didn't like it at first, but in time the show slowly grew on me and wrapped its tendrils into me, I started watching it more and began to understand the characters a little better and probably about six months or a year later I was hooked and been watching it ever since. As alot of you may already know, the show has also garnered quite a following and has one of the largest fan pairings I have ever seen I'm talking of course about Seddie, aka Sam and Freddie. Who make up a hefty chunk of the fandom, and as I said is one of the largest I have ever seen. Take a quick look at their fan fiction page and you will see that almost every story on the front page is Sam/Freddie which seems to eclipse all the other pairings in the show. And while I would usually make some kind of crack about that, its not the place since we're reflecting on the show's finale. At the other end of the fan spectrum is Carly/Freddie also known as Creddie. Over the last five years and especially in most recent seasons both pairings have enjoyed their time in the spotlight, and have even had their own storylines from one season to the next. While the show has made it a little ambiguous to who will wind up with who, to the cheer and horror of both sides of the fandom. Last season it appeared as though Seddie would finally win out and that fans got thier wish, only for the series to return to status quo after a four episode long story arc.
As a Creddie fan myself, I will say that I thought the breakups of both pairings were tastefully done with both couples agreeing to mutually end their relationship, Freddie dumping Carly and Sam dumping Freddie in their respective story arcs. Which might have helped prevent a fan war after the Seddie arc ended. In the past five years we've watched them grow up before our eyes, while some of grew up alongside them. I will say that I am going to miss this show, it's been a fun ride, and I was disappointed to learn that it was being canceled to launch the spinoff shows Gibby and Sam and Cat. I'm glad to have been a part of the experience, and have enjoyed it thoroughly despite my initial misgivings about the series as I predicted I would five years earlier. Or in other words I knew I'd like it even though I hated it at first. XD
Anyway I want to know what your reactions are now that the series is officially over. You will notice that there have not been any spoilers nor have I even mentioned what the series finale is about. I figured its a foregone conclusion. Well I guess that's all for now. iCarly thanks for giving us five years of entertainment and intense speculation for us all. It's been fun.

-le raises from the dead-
Hey guys sorry I haven't said or done anything in a while, I haven't had much to comment on. -looks at last journal entry- Yeesh I've been away longer than I thought. O.o lol
Anyway I've been putting this off or a while, but a while back I found out that one of the lost heroes of the DC Universe has finally returned. That's right DONNA TROY IS BACK! It seems as though the guys at DC weren't just dragging their feet when they seemed to mothball Donna Troy, Stephanie Brown, Wally West and Cassie Cain, it seems instead that DC has been carefully crafting their return and reintroduction to the DCnU (ugh I still hate that term, its been 3 years a
Ninja Turtles, Adventure Time and More...
All right I've been meaning to do this for the last couple of weekends and finally decided to just up and do it. Has anyone seen the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series on ~nickelodeon-plz (https://www.deviantart.com/nickelodeon-plz)? I've tried watching it a time or two and I'm not sure if it's any good. I grew up watching the original. :icontmntplz: I'm talking about the 1987 series the one that started it all. I guess I'm sort of dating myself here, but for some reason I could never really get into the 2003 series and I'm not sure what to make of this new one. Recently the creator of the franchise Kevin Eastman sold the rights to Viacom allowing them to create the new serie
New Green Lantern and new Justice League of Americ
Okay so as I do every so often, I've come across some rather suprising news regarding DC Comics. The first order of business as some of you may already know by now is that there will be a new Justice League of America series (Vol. 3) launching next year that'll be replacing Justice League International Vol.3. To be honest I'm kind of suprised they'd be reviving that specific title so soon. I know this may not make sense to others but I like when DC revives specific titles that haven't been used in 20+ years like Justice League of America (the specific wording of which had been disused since the first volume was canceled during Crisis on Infin

Hmm, I'm not sure if I actually want to spoil anything now. I actually feel sort of bad for starting this. But since you've come this far I might as well tell you some secrets.
All right shit w

Wow, nice. I like iCarly too, but it's of a nuteral. I don't really see Freddie with anyone, actually. At times, I think of Carly as a slut.
