So I know some of you have heard me mention this before, but I have absolutely no interest in DC Comics since they relaunched their universe. Zero, zip, zilch, nada, couldn't care less since it seemed like most of the universe was turned into crap since Flashpoint ended and we all got the dreaded news that they would be rebooting *all* of their characters...except for Batman and Green Lantern. Because those guys still make money and too important to mess with or something.
Anyway I've had about as much interest in the New 52 books as watching paint dry. A few things here and there have peaked my interest, (Roy's backstory and the Night Of Owls crossover in Batman) but nothing real special has stood out. And I've been hearing talk about a book called The Ravagers for some time now and of course have gotten very little word on what it was. Other than hopefully assuming it would have something to do with Rose Wilson. And maybe something to do with her predecessors as well. But as of today and kind of a weird suprise through DA I've learned that some sort of familar faces will be joining the ranks of the new book. Chiefly a brand new look for

who apparently in trading in his classic color scheme for red. Yep Beast Boy is alive in the New 52 and he's red. Apparently it ties into Animal Man's new origin and now henceforth all characters with animal related powers are now tied into The Red. The source of Animal Man's powers whatever that is. Let's see there was something else...what am I forgetting? Apparently some of the other characters involved in The Ravagers will be Caitlain Fairchild formerly of Wildstorm and Gen13 fame. And I'm sorry the other names escape me for the moment. I don't believe any of the others are characters that I'm familiar with. But apparently will somehow tie into the crossover 'The Culling' I believe that'll involve Teen Titans, Superboy and Legion Lost. With The Ravagers being listed as a spinoff book of Teen Titans and part of the 'Second Wave' of titles.
That's really all I have to say for now. What do you guys think? Here's the link to the story I found.
